Kristall, CPA is a partner of Gordon Advisors, P.C. and has been with the firm since 1973. He hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Wayne State University, was a certified as a CPA in 1972. He holds series 7 and 63 securities licenses.
Mr. Kristall employs his background as a former IRS agent when negotiating with tax authorities. Specializing in the manufacturing and real estate industries, he also has expertise in such business consulting areas as mergers and acquisitions, real estate, distribution and estate planning. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants, the Accountants Guild, the Oakland County Estate Planning Council and several religious organizations.
