Alan S. Kristall, CPA, CFA
Alan S. Kristall, CPA, CFP is a Partner of Gordon Advisors, P.C. and has been with the firm since 1973. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Wayne State University, was certified as a CPA in 1972, and received his Certified Financial Planner certification in 1993.
Mr. Kristall employs his background as a former IRS agent when negotiating with tax authorities. Specializing in the manufacturing and real estate industries, he also has expertise in such business consulting areas as mergers & acquisitions and estate planning. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants, the Accountants Guild, the Oakland County Estate Planning Council, and several religious organizations.
