A Tribute to Our Founder – Harry M. Gordon
 We at Gordon Advisors are saddened by the death of our firm’s founder, Harry M. Gordon.
In 1954, Harry began the public accounting practice, Harry M. Gordon & Company. Under his leadership our firm flourished and grew. Harry epitomized the values and mission that continues to guide Gordon Advisors today. Considered the “consummate accountant” by those who remember working with him, Harry was admired by clients and staff.
Throughout his 35 years at the helm of our firm, Harry displayed an unending commitment to his clients, to his co-workers, and to his family. Always able to see beyond the numbers, Harry had the ability to share a sense of adventure with his most entrepreneurial clients.
In accord with his personality, Harry was an avid sailor and sea captain, competing in numerous races on the Great Lakes. Although this voyage is now complete, we at Gordon Advisors will continue the legacy of service, integrity, and courage that Mr. Gordon embodied.
